Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and ready for shipment, including tracking information where applicable.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- Shipping Options: We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-20 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
- Economy Shipping: Seamail, estimated delivery within 1-3 months.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. A flat-rate shipping option may be available for select products or regions.
- We are currently working with Japan Post, Yamato Japan, and DHL. FedEx will be added in a near future.
Delivery
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, customs delays (for international orders), or carrier issues.
- Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email for all orders shipped with a trackable service. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update.
- Delivery Areas: We ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. Please check your address eligibility at checkout.
Packaging
- All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. We use protective materials such as bubble wrap, padded envelopes, or sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit.
Customs Taxes/Fees
- Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost. The price of the goods on our website does not include these fees. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Isekai-Goods, and therefore cannot be refunded.
Returned/Refused parcels
Any parcel that is returned to us without prior confirmation, for example if you have made a mistake in your delivery address, or if you have refused the delivery, or if you have not collected your parcel in time, or if you have not paid the taxes or customs fees, or if you have decided to return the goods without talking to us first, will either be reshipped at your expense or refunded minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
