Important information for U.S. customers
Following recent changes in U.S. customs regulations:
Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. will no longer allow duty-free treatment for imported goods, and flat tariffs will apply.
Japan Post has announced a temporary suspension of mail acceptance for certain items:
- Gifts valued over $100
- Goods intended for sale/commerce
Our shipping policy during this period:
- Orders up to $100 will still be shipped as gifts, where allowed.
- Orders over $100 can still be placed, but will be temporarily put on hold in our warehouse until clearer guidance is available.
- You can continue placing new orders normally.
- All items will remain safely stored until shipments can resume.
We will keep you updated as soon as shipping to the U.S. becomes possible again.
